After years of working in Kenya, there is finally a certified organic coffee available from this great coffee origin! From a progressive private farm, not a coop as there are no organic coops yet. Very limited quantities of this acidy, yet smooth-bodied bean. Roasts best in a Velvet, just before French, but, hey, it's your bean to roast, isn't it?
