At long last my book is out!

“Javatrekker: Dispatches from the World of Fair Trade Coffee” is nine chapters/ten countries exploring the issues faced by coffee communities and how they are dealing with them.  Everything from globalization, war, women’s rights, environmental and economic issues are described through this combination travel/social change book.  Some of the stories are sobering, as we all know, but there is plenty of humor and positivity as you travel with me through the coffeelands, going into the homes and villages of many of our common friends and partners in the countries whose coffee we so enjoy. Reading "Javatrekker" is like being alongside me on the coffee trail - without the tummie troubles!

All royalties will go back to the farmers (now THAT’S fair trade!).
