How it Works:

Formal Fundraiser:

1. Send us your school or non-profit black & white logo (high resolution 300 dpi in jpeg or pdf format) and text and we will create a custom label for you. See the label page for examples.
2. We will email you a SELL sheet showing the label and explanation of coffee choices of the fundraiser (Your students/sellers use to help promote the sale in lieu of actual products).
3. You will also receive an email with your ORDER form, that provides 20 slots for your students or sellers to fill with orders (see ORDER FORM).
4. Print out one SELL sheet and one ORDER form per student/participant.
5. Sale is ON - Take 1 or 2 weeks to gather orders. (Many folks make this a monthly fundraiser to keep raising funds for their organization Everybody uses coffee!
6. When Sales have ended, tally your sales on the MASTER WORKSHEET provided.
7. Then take the information from your MASTER WORKSHEET and fill in your MASTER ORDER FORM. Once your Master Order Form is complete, please send to charlsie@deansbeans.com or fax to 978.544.7934
8. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of submission.

Informal Fundraiser:

(Best choice for events or fairs where you need to sell product immediately.)

1. Send us your school or non-profit black & white logo and text (high resolution 300 dpi in jpeg or pdf format) and we will create a custom label for you. See the label page for examples. Once you approve the label-
2. Tell us how many bags of each type of coffee you plan on selling at your event, as well as how many you want ground or whole bean. We are happy to help you guestimate a reasonable amount to order. We do not accept unsold coffee back! If you have a lot of committee members you might be able to sell the remaining to them.
3. You can re-order as often as you need. Orders have a short turn around time and usually you can have them within a week, depending on shipping time. Orders over 200 pieces we ask for two weeks to complete and ship to you.
