a 1 - 10 scale for the five traditional judging standards.
Body |
The fullness and thickness of the coffee. You can almost stand your spoon
up at 10. |
Flavor |
How the primary tastes (sweet, sour, bitter, bright) combine in your
mouth. |
Acid |
The sharp taste caused by, well, acid in the coffee. |
Aroma |
The strength and character of that nose-hit. |
Aftertaste |
Does it linger and evolve (high)? Does it fade out (low)? Or, how it
merges with that bagel or biscotti. |
