1. Choose Your Blend

   Click the scoops (for French roasts or for Medium roasts) to add beans to your blend. Click the beans (for French roasts or for Medium roasts) to remove beans from your blend. Steam will rise from the coffee mugs to indicate the characteristics of your blend.

2. Roast Your Blend

   Click the 'Roast It' button when you are ready to roast your blend. The roaster will appear and your blend will be roasted. When the roaster is done your blend will automatically be bagged and ready for labeling. If you do not want to wait for the roaster to finish you may hit the 'Bag It' button at any point during the roasting process.

3. Name Your Blend

   Type a name for your blend in the text box in the center of the bag. When you are done your may create another blend or check out.

We offer you most coffees in both medium or dark roasts, but some only in one roast. Trust us.
