HOLIDAY ALERT!!!

We are going crazy here with a 30% increase in orders over last year!  So PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!  We will not be able to get coffee to you the next day through the end of the year. It will be more like three days in the Northeast.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!! If you are looking for Christmas, Chanukkah or Solstice gifts get those orders in ASAP!!!  No holiday order received after December 13th can be guaranteed before Christmas.

DURING MORE SANE TIMES:

We use UPS Ground as our default shipping method; you also have the option of 2nd day air for an additional price. Generally UPS will deliver by the next day in the Northeast. UPS does not deliver on weekends or certain major holidays. UPS prices vary from zip code to zip code and change occasionally. We are not responsible for increased UPS prices! For more information on UPS Policies and delivery times go to www.ups.com. UPS will NOT deliver to post office boxes, if you want us to use United States Postal Service please call in your order and specify.

Here at Dean's we try to get out orders out as quickly as possible (usually out within a day of receiving the order, except on weekends) however things may slow down with heavy traffic, particularly around holidays. Please plan accordingly! We are not responsible for late shipments. If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order please call us and we will replace it.
