Management Profs Schooled by Dean!
Last week, over fifty management and organizational behavior professors from around the country listened to Dean talk about our business model as a vehicle for social change, at the annual Organizational Behavior Teachers Conference (held in Milwaukee, brewery tour followed!). The conversation that followed the presentation and the informal meetings were some of the most stimulating Dean has experienced in 22 years in coffee. A second workshop focused on how the professors could use Dean's Beans as case studies for leadership, entrepreneurship, social responsibility and more in their classrooms. Looks like our message has found a new venue! (As a side note, thanks to all the teachers in high schools and colleges around the country who already use our business in this way, or who use Dean's book Javatrekker in their courses!).
