Dean’s Beans Organic Coffee is currently seeking a new employee to fill the role of Production and Warehouse Assistant. The role of this employee will be to join our small team of workers on the production floor to fulfill daily orders. Tasks will include filling bags, grinding coffee, packing shipping boxes and a variety of other tasks that make our business work.
We are looking for an efficient, hard-working individual. There are many tasks that require a thorough attention to detail, time management and teamwork. The employee must also be able to regularly lift boxes up to 60lbs in weight.
Interest in coffee and our unique business model is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $11.50/hour. After six months of successful employment, our great benefits package will be offered, including health care coverage with 100% of the premiums paid by the company, a quarterly bonus, and a profit-sharing program.
