Dean Addresses Securities Analysts
On September 10, Dean addressed twenty five members of the New York Society of Securities Analysts regarding socially responsible business, fair trade and of course, coffee! Dean said that as securities analysts, the audience was really knowledgeable about commodities, the way markets work, the danger of misleading advertising and the trends in social responsibility. The talk lasted two hours, followed by forty five minutes of questions and answers. Dean reflected afterwards that having so much interest on these issues from a group that is such an integral part of our commerical and corporate culture was an indication that deep change is coming.
